The KSDE Special Education team is once again hosting a webinar series for 2026-2027 focused on Secondary Transition. Each session is designed to share information, resources, and best practices, and gives educators, parents, and youth a chance to ask questions and get support along the way. The goal is to help participants stay current on Secondary Transition topics and feel equipped to put what they learn into practice.

• Feb. 9, 2027 - Community Supports Waiver 
• Apr. 13, 2027 - Postschool Outcomes 
• May 11, 2027 - Individual Plans of Study 

Webinars take place on Zoom, giving participants the chance to view and download materials and ask questions directly with presenters. Each session is recorded and posted afterward on the KSDE TASN Secondary Transition webpage.
