A key component of the dissemination plan is the development and implementation of a website, designed to be a central hub of information sharing among project partners, youth, families, and transition-focused community professionals.

This website has been designed with universal design principals for usability and accessibility and at a minimum will meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standards (World Wide Web Consortium, 2018).

The site will contain trainings, worksite and career pathways virtual experiences, and calendars/updates to better assist in connecting to community events and resources. There will be pages designed to make the transition experience more efficient for youth and families, which will contain forms that will be used across multiple agencies and entities to ensure families have a single site to access to find information and sign up for services, including a one-touch experience in gathering applicable resources to make the transition experience more efficient.

The website will also contain a data dashboard that will display administrative data highlighting project outcomes.
